Documentation

How each part works, and why it works that way.

Written for the person setting the clinic up, not for a search engine. Where a design decision has a trade-off, the trade-off is stated.

Getting started

Create the clinic, add chairs and doctors, set opening hours, and take your first booking.

Import patients, history and outstanding balances from a spreadsheet or an existing system.

Chairs as columns, statuses the whole team reads, and what happens when the day slips.

Odontogram notation, per-surface findings, perio charting and endodontic stages.

Present, stage, cost and track a plan from proposal through to completion.

How due dates are derived, which channels are used, and how rebooking is measured.

Invoices built from the chart, split and partial payments, and insurance claim states.

What keeps working on a dropped connection, and what does not.

Getting everything out, in CSV or through the API.
