Product features

Six things a clinic needs. One place to do them.

Every feature below is included on every plan. Dently is priced per chair, not per capability, so the reporting that tells you whether the practice is working is not the thing you have to upgrade for.

Live schedule

See the day as it happens

Watch every chair in one view — who has arrived, who is seated, who is running late — without walking to the front desk to ask.

Patients

Know every patient

Every visit, chart, radiograph, plan and payment for a patient sits on one page, in the order it happened.

Treatment plans

Find where cases stall

Present a plan, track what the patient accepted, and see exactly which stage cases stop at.

Recalls

Bring patients back

Six-month checks, unfinished stages and lapsed patients surface on their own, with the reminder already drafted.

Clinical charting

Chart teeth, not paperwork

A real odontogram in FDI notation, with per-surface findings, perio charting and endo stages recorded as you work.

Billing

Connect treatment and payment

Invoices are built from what was charted. UPI, card, cash and insurance claims land against the treatment that earned them.

In more detail

Live schedule

See the day as it happens

The schedule is the screen the clinic actually lives on. Chairs run as columns, appointments carry a status the whole team can read at a glance, and a patient moving from waiting room to chair to checkout updates it for everyone at once. Drag to reschedule, and the patient is notified without anyone composing a message.

Patients

Know every patient

One page per patient, built from what already happened rather than from what someone remembered to type. Medical history, allergies and consent sit at the top where they cannot be missed. Below that, the visit history runs in order — what was charted, what was planned, what was paid — so a doctor picking up a case they did not start is never guessing.

Treatment plans

Find where cases stall

Most clinics can tell you what they treated. Far fewer can tell you what they presented and never treated. Plans are staged, each stage is costed, and the gap between presented, accepted and completed is counted for you — by doctor, by treatment, and by month, so the drop is attributable rather than anecdotal.

Recalls

Bring patients back

A recall list is only useful if someone works it. Dently builds the list from the clinical record — due checks, incomplete stages, patients who have not been seen in a year — and sends the reminder over WhatsApp, SMS or email on the schedule you set. Rebooking rate is reported per channel, so you can stop paying for the one that does not work.

Clinical charting

Chart teeth, not paperwork

Charting is done chairside, on the tooth, in the notation the profession already uses. Findings are recorded per surface; perio pocket depths go in on a six-point chart; endodontic cases carry their stages. Nothing has to be re-entered afterwards, which is the only version of clinical notes that actually gets kept up to date.

Billing

Connect treatment and payment

Billing starts from the clinical record instead of a separate list someone maintains by hand, so what was treated and what was billed cannot drift apart. Split payments, partial settlements and insurance claims are all tracked against the case. Outstanding balances age automatically, and revenue reports run back to the chair, the doctor and the treatment behind each payment.
